According to the 2006 census, Asians made up 16.9% of Sydney's population. So yes.
I can't really generalise from my own limited experience; however I've been looking out for men to feature, but men's style here is very, very casual, especially in the heat, and there's a kind of "uniform" of t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops ("thongs"). Sydney women seem to take a bit more care over their appearance.
I like his waistcoat too! Multi-layered buttons are awesome. Are there a lot of Asians in Sydney? Are the men (Asian or not) usually fashionable?
